At Cornett, our services fall within four main categories that we call "pillars." While some clients retain us for only a few services, most clients utilize a variety of strategies across all pillars. These four pillars each have their own teams, team leads and established processes that we follow to serve our clients.
Our pillars are as follows:
| Brand Strategy – Strengthens the relationship between brands and consumers through brand positioning, consumer research, market evaluation, and product launch planning. Lead by: Jessica Vincent and Leslie Miller |
Brand Management – Builds strong relationships with our clients by executing every detail of the strategy through account management, workflows, data mining, and insights. Lead by: Lacy Madden |
|
| Brand Creative – Delivers creative solutions for our partners that goes above and beyond their wildest expectations. This includes campaign concepting, creative direction, content strategy, identity development, branded experiences, website development, and video production. Lead by: Whit Hiler and Jason Majewski |
Brand Connections – Connects consumers to brands through paid, owned, and earned media. This includes integrated media strategy, social media strategy, community management, influencer partnerships, social listening, digital strategy, and email marketing. Lead by: Jason Falls and Peter Cook |
Aside from our pillars, Cornett has one additional non-client facing department within the agency and that is our operations team. Our operations team manages our facilities, equipment, hiring, finances, and in general, the efficiency of our systems and processes. The operations team is lead by Emmy Hartley.
Our leadership team is the senior-most management committee here at Cornett that meets once a week to make important decisions and discuss items of business. Led by Christy Hiler, the team is comprised as follows. Click any thumbnail image to learn more about this leadership team member:
